If you're interested in applying for the Enriched Program, please fill out and submit the application form below.  After submitting your application form, please e-transfer the application fee of $52.50 to pacificcoastpilatesacademy@gmail.com.  Once we've received your application form and fee, we'll contact you with further details on how to move forward.
